Meditation on Lord's Prayer

We are going to engage in a group meditation using the Lord's Prayer, a prayer that has been cherished by people of many faiths for centuries. It's a prayer that speaks to our universal human needs for love, guidance, forgiveness, and connection.

Purpose of the Meditation:

The purpose of this meditation is to connect with the deeper meaning of the Lord's Prayer and invite its positive messages into our hearts and minds by activating each chakras.

By meditating on its verses on specific chakras ,we can cultivate inner peace, strengthen our spiritual connection, and foster compassion for ourselves and others.
